Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

Laravel is a SaaS platform developed and maintained by Laravel. Its purpose is to facilitate clients in digitally recording documentary, operational, inspection, and occupational safety information through configurable modules according to the type of organization. Access and use are subject to these terms.

2. Access and Authentication

System access is limited to users authorized by each client. Authentication is performed through unique credentials or mechanisms defined by the environment administrator. The client is responsible for managing access and keeping their users’ information up to date.

3. Client-Generated Content

Each client is solely responsible for the content uploaded or generated within their environment: texts, images, forms, company names, worker data, locations, signatures, and any other type of information. Laravel does not edit, validate, or supervise the entered content. It is assumed that the client holds the necessary rights to all content they upload or configure on the platform.

4. Visual Customization

The platform allows visual customization such as logos, headers, corporate colors, messages, etc. The client is responsible for the legal use of any image, trademark, or visual content they utilize.

5. Legal Independence

This platform is developed and operated completely independently by Laravel. It does not represent, belong to, or depend on any company using the system, including those whose names or logos may have been uploaded by the clients themselves.

6. Security and Privacy

The system implements reasonable security measures: data encryption, access control, activity logging, and regular database backups. However, the client is responsible for protecting their credentials and controlling authorized use within their organization.

7. Electronic Signatures and Evidence

Some system modules allow digital signatures with supporting evidence such as: signer photos, geolocation, IP address, browser agent, and timestamp. This evidence is stored in the system as proof of the event. The client accepts and authorizes the collection of such data as part of the traceability and internal auditing of their own processes.

8. Responsibility of Use

The client is responsible for ensuring that their users utilize the platform in accordance with applicable legal regulations and internal policies. Laravel assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, inaccuracies, or misuse derived from uploaded content or decisions made based on the system.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend the system at any time for technical, security, legal, or strategic reasons. Administrators will be duly notified when changes affect system usage.
